I worked with Janardhan on a 6 week project in the Autumn of 2021, which involved thorough research, planning, iterative designing, prototyping, and user testing for a digital product. Despite working in a different time zone than the rest of the team (which often meant Janardhan would work late into the early morning hours), Janardhan consistently delivered top quality material on time. From the outset, he impressed me with his organization, dedication, ideation, and design expertise. Not only is he a competent and experienced designer who delivers high-quality work, but he is also a great team player who is willing to step up to help other teammates and go above and beyond his "fair share" of the responsibilities. He was instrumental in establishing the UI of our app design and building out the interactive prototype in Figma. Janardhan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is highly ambitious, reliable, and possesses an excellent work ethic. Together, we spent 6-weeks undertaking an Interaction Design project wherein he actively participated in every step in the design process; research, mapping, conceptualising, iterating and rapid prototyping. Despite working remotely from a different country and timezone for the first few initial weeks - it did not compromise the quality of work he delivered, and was always punctual to every meeting. Janardhan was invaluable to our team; he demonstrated exceptional resilience and willingness to go the go-above-and-beyond to meet (and exceed) our project brief. Notably, he made critical decisions in the visual direction of our project.
